Shipley Estates is an independent property company, founded in 1968 by Harry Shipley, and built on the core family values of integrity and long-term sustainability. Fifty years on, his sons Harry and William are an integral part of what is now a versatile property company and leading leisure operator underpinned by those same values.

Our portfolio contains a large range of quality properties, including retail shops, office spaces, and out-of-town retail parks, as well as industrial units and strategic land. The goal is simple; to build a long-term, sustainable business through property investment and development.
